Public Health in Action: Seeding the Pipeline (Buffet Included)
Administrators from New England Public Health School programs will participate in a moderated discussion on potential collaborations to address health disparities and build networks. Students will share stories of navigating through the public health maze and share strategies to impact health and safety in their communities. Public Health professionals will share “a day in their lives”. Workforce development advocates will delineate public health employment, the public health workforce crisis and the dire need to “seed the pipeline”. A student networking social will encourage mentoring and support communication linkages.
